Please feel free to use provided pool nets to remove top debris. Refunds regarding pool natural debris, or weather related issues, pool algae due to extreme summer heat and high volume swimmers coming in from the Gulf to pool will not be provided.

Summary: House was great and Clean and accommodated everyone well. There was a mouse issues outside when we gathered at the table during dark hours. We seen multiple pretty big ones running in the yard. Just wanted to let you know so you can get ot taken care of for the next renter. However i would recommend the property and i would rent from you again. Thank you for allowing us to use your property for our vacation. It was truelly a pleasure.

Summary: Serenity Beach Home is a spacious location that my family coming from four different locations thoroughly enjoyed! This family friendly birthday location easily accommodated everything the 10 of us wanted to do. We took advantage mostly of the family area and kitchen, backyard pool, and both the screened-in and outdoor patio. Loft had game room feel for kids. The kitchen appliances and coffee accessories with a snack box was an added touch. The location is near great seafood restaurants and multiple beaches. Easy to get in touch with property owners/sponsors. We enjoy family, good food and beach life. This birthday weekend location gets five stars on all of these! Watchout for outside driveway pavement near garage. Slight slant of uneven footing there.

Summary: We just left this house after a taekwondo tournament. There were 4 families, 12 total people, and we fit in the house perfectly with plenty of space! So many accommodations were provided to us!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the large size of the kitchen, plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, and even an air hockey and ping pong table for the kids to play!
